Tactex develops and manufactures pressure-sensing and multi-touch capable computer input devices. These kinds of "Smart Fabric" touchpads have applications in music, graphic arts, animation, medicine/health, sports, cell phones, PDA's and computer games.
Of particular interest to developers is the flexibility of form, data specification and ruggedness - Smart Fabric surfaces can be irregular shapes or practically any size, deliver sub-millimetre pointer accuracy and be built to withstand very harsh environments - or capture very subtle touch.
I am particularly interested in exploring Commercial Development opportunities within these areas.
